Elmhurst police reports April 10-19

• Jamal Simms, 26, of the 600 block of North 5th Avenue, Maywood, was arrested at 5:42 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, and charged with driving without a valid license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• Michele Bandurski, 39, of the 200 block of North Aldine, Elgin, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, and charged with driving without a valid license and driving with an expired registration.

• Percy Perez, 48, of the 5900 block of Ben Pine Drive, Orlando, Fla., was arrested at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving with an expired registration.

• Ronald Burton, 40, of the 6900 block of South 10th Street, Kalamazoo, MI, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, and charged with possession of cannabis. He also had a previous warrant for his arrest.

• Ricky Padro, 54, of the 700 block of West Liberty, Wheaton, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Kevin Cahill, 25, of the 7100 block of West Dickens, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, and charged with obstructing identification and not wearing a seatbelt. He also had a previous warrant for his arrest.

• Yamilex Ramirez-Hermida, 20, of the 200 block of 28th Street, Bellwood, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, and charged with unlawful use of a weapon and not wearing a seat belt.

• Niklas Defrancesco, 27, of the 400 block of North Addison, Elmhurst, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, and charged with driving without a valid license.

• Jacquelyn Rodriguez-Cueva, 30, of the 6700 block of South Komensky, Chicago, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Thursday, April 13, and charged with endangering the life of a child.

• Bennett O’Brien, 18, of the 400 block of South Argyle, Elmhurst, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Thursday, April 13, and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• Angelica McAninch, 25, of the 2000 block of East Main Street, Decatur, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Thursday, April 13, and charged with retail theft and obstructing identification.

• David Schousen, 23, of the 1100 block of East Maple, Lombard, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Stefan Mijatovic, 20, of the 400 block of East Butterfield, Elmhurst, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with battery.

• Mariglen Jonuzi, 24, of the 15W600 block of Virginia, Elmhurst, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with possession of cannabis.

• Margaret K. Rouche, 36, of the 700 block of Indiana, Elmhurst, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with retail theft.

• Nasser N. Barham, 25, of the 1600 block of South Michigan, Villa Park, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with possession of cannabis and driving with tinted windows.

• Georgia Giannopoulos, 44, of the 500 block of Veterans Parkway, Addison, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Friday, April 14, and charged with domestic battery.

• Nicole McGady, 33, of the 200 block of East Normandy, Addison, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Maximus Prince, 20, of the 300 block of Elizabeth, Wood Dale, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Manuel Hernandez, 19, of the 200 block of South Rush, Itasca, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with possession of cannabis and driving with a suspended license.

• Fiorella Tapia, 20, of the 1000 block of Knoll, Hoffman Estates, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with possession of cannabis, obstructing a police officer and driving with a suspended license.

• Ricardo Garrido, 26, of the 1N500 block of Newton, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and driving without a valid license.

• Danzel Scott, 26, of the 1000 block of North Menard, Chicago, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

• Laurelee Bird, 55, of the 200 block of North West, Elmhurst, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Saturday, April 15, and charged with domestic battery.

• Andrew Conroy, 21, of the 100 block of Stablesford, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Sunday, April 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Michael Anderson, 48, of the 1200 block of Thomas Court, Glendale Heights, was arrested at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 16, and charged with attempted retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a valid license.

• Carl Bronk, 36, of the 3000 block of North California, Chicago, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, April 16, and charged with possession of open alcohol in public.

• Joshua Bucens, 20, of the 100 block of South Prospect Avenue, Elmhurst, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, April 16, and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Daniel Jasch, 32, of the 15-W-600 block of Diversey, Elmhurst, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. Monday, April 17, and charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Teresa Klein, 25, of the 15-W-600 block of Diversey, Elmhurst, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. Monday, April 17, and charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michelle Dzierwa, 36, of the 400 block of West Vallette, Elmhurst, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, and charged with domestic battery.

• Andrew C. Poehling, of the 0-100 block of North Dover, La Grange, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, and charged with possession of open alcohol in public.
